EatFeelWrite will then calculate and display a score for the meal and keep a running score for the day. The score will be shown in green for good, yellow for caution and red for definite areas of improvement. Using the charts, together with periodic weigh-in’s you will quickly and easily be able to pin point your problem areas and fix the behaviors that are causing you to not be at your ideal weight.
